Kinnaird Fox has built her reputation in real estate as a trusted advisor throughout the buying and selling process. With two decades of industry experience, she is adept at handling transactions that run the gamut of the New York City real estate market. She began her real estate career under the tutelage of Rick Wohlfarth at the boutique firm, Wohlfarth & Associates. In addition to cooperative and condominium sales, Kinnaird served as director of townhouse sales, providing her clients with detailed market knowledge. Fenwick Keats Real Estate, a privately-owned boutique firm in Manhattan, recruited Kinnaird in 2011 to join their management team. In addition to serving as director of development, hiring new agents and overseeing their ongoing agent-training program, Kinnaird was also the sales manager of their Upper West Side office. “Fenwick Keats provided me the perfect opportunity to share my expertise with new agents while expanding the visibility of the firm, not only within the brokerage community, but the public at large through special events, community initiatives and sponsorships,” Kinnaird explains. “In addition to my management responsibilities, I maintained valuable relationships fostered over the years.”
