A seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience at top-tier industry firms, Patricia Parker joins the ranks of Sotheby’s International Realty from EXTELL Development where she was a Senior Sales Executive for many years. Her projects ranged from One Manhattan Square, the largest residential property ever to be developed in Manhattan, to the ultra-luxurious ONE57 that gave rise to the famed Billionaire’s Row.

Her record in new development includes Apollo Real Estate Advisors’ 10 West End Avenue, the notable 255 East 74th Street by the Worldwide Group, and 30 East 31st Steet, by Ekstein Development and Pinnacle Real Estate.

Highly respected for her track record, breadth of knowledge, and ability to deliver superior results, Patricia enjoys an excellent reputation amongst developers and her industry peers. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and a certified New York Residential Specialist (NYRS.)

Patricia began her sales career in the international money markets where she brokered financial instruments known as “interest rate swaps” and “options” in lire and peseta for almost a decade. Her clients included JP Morgan, Chase Bank, Deutsche Bank, NatWest, Bank of Napoli, Intesa San Paolo S.p.A, Torino, Credit Commercial de France, and West Landesbank.

This chapter in her life took her from London to Madrid, Rome, Paris and, back to London. It was at her last placement in London, with Gooch Financial Services, that she was offered the opportunity to work in New York City and took the leap of faith that has served her so well during the past 23 years.
